   Its saved accounts, activation and records remain in place. Configured data

COLLECTION
Open Data to select the pharmacy and Pioneer client, check collection progress,
and set the first completed day and daily start time. Use Save schedule or
Run pending days. Keep PAM running and the Windows desktop unlocked.

You may save this pharmacy's Pioneer PIN or password in setup or Data. PAM can
reuse a verified session or sign in with the saved credentials. Attend to any
sign-in or verification prompt shown; failed attempts require attention.

PAM collects the five Rx views and invoices, resumes incomplete work and
refreshes previously completed days. Successful datasets are retained when
another dataset needs attention. Use Retry failed datasets after resolving
the displayed issue, or Stop collection to stop the collector.

Before starting an appeal engine, check the pharmacy, feed status, invoice
evidence and any held-record reason. Submitted totals and projected return
are separate from confirmed payer payments.

MAIL
Open Mail to connect this pharmacy's mailbox and check the connection.

Pioneer desktop collection requires Windows. Node and Python are included;
Codex and separate runtime installations are not required.
